1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Right)

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, as per EU consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Returns

• To return an item, it must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

3. Free Returns / Exchanges

• Free returns/exchanges are available if the remaining value of the order is above €49 after returning items.

• If the remaining order value is below €49, a return fee of €5.99 will be deducted from your refund or charged for exchanges.

4. Return Shipping

• For Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, and France, if your return is eligible for free return shipping, we will cover the cost.

• If not, the €5.99 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount or charged in the case of an exchange.
